• SHORT: Solving for Harbingers Of Rare Transitions. This repo accompanies the publications on stratospheric transition pathways, implementing the Dynamical Galerkin Approximation algorithm on the Holton-Mass model of sudden stratospheric warming (though it can be easily extended to other models). Short model trajectories are used to compute long-time rare event statistics. You are welcome to try it out, but it is still under development. Please email me for more explanation and guidance.
